Since I upgraded my version of gnus from v0.04 to v0.06 via CVS (on
March 20, 2002) I have had problems with some people sending me
e-mails with 8-bit characters in them. I need help fixing this problem
since it is quite annoying, swedish characters like åäö have worked
before this CVS upgrade from the same persons that doesn't work no
more.

An example mail and the output is:

And the things wrong in there are "saa" which is supposed to be "så"
and "a:ndra" which is supposed to be "ändra". Anyone know what I can
do to fix this behavior?
