In gnus-start-draft-setup, the nndrafts server is created with fixed
server parameters (none). WIBNI this was more customizable?

I suggest that the function be changed to behave as follows: if an
"nndrafts:" server already exists, do nothing. But if no such server
exists, create a foreign server by that name.

This means that people can go to the server buffer and change the
server. Or they can make a secondary server.

What do you think?

nndrafts server? Does that mean you can put drafts group on IMAP server?

No, this suggestion is just aimed at making it easier to specify
server parameters for the nndraft select method.

Sadly, no. Gnus depends on the Emacs autosave mechanism for making
autosaves of draft messages.

But maybe someone should write a filename handler for IMAP, then
the drafts could be stored on the IMAP server. Any takers?
Shouldn't be too difficult.

What if drafts were local, but then a C-c C-d saved it to IMAP, or
the backend of choice?

That would be nice, but of course not as nice as having auto-saves go
to the right folder, too :-)

It would probably be difficult doing it in a secure fashion. I'd hate
to write the error handling functions for doing clean-ups for
auto-saving when core dumping, for instance. :-)
