Hi,

gnus fails to split a digest message (C-d in a summary buffer) for the
attached message. i fonder whether this is because the message is not
a RFC-compliant digest, or if this is a bug in gnus which could be
corrected?

BTW, gnus puts headers X-Gnus-Mail-Source, Xref, X-Gnus-Newsgroup,
into the forwarded message. These are locally-generated headers.
IMHO it is better to remove such headers from a forwarded message.

Best,
v.

Is there a nice database manager for windows 9x?
I am looking for a manager like bibcard under unix, and
hyperbibtex for mac.

Hi there.

I am trying to use throughout a book two-line headings and footings
in *plain TeX* coding. The current one-line \headline and \footline
instructions work perfectly. The difficulty arises when trying to add
an horizontal rule across the pages below the headlines and one on top
of the footlines. Is there is simple way to code this? The various
combinations of \hrulefill and \break I tried failed so far.
Thanks in advance for any tip on how to solve the issue.

Best regards,
ah.

I can tell you the problem right off ... it is the message separator:

        ----------

There is an alist somewhere (nndoc-something-digest...) that has a list of
different digest types and how they are to be parsed. I get a digest that is
separated by equals signs rather than dashes and have the same problem as you.

I've tried adding to or modifying that variable but I must be missing
something because I can never get it to work.
