Sometimes it is useful to spot messages addressed ONLY to me. Does anyone
has a scoring rule handy for that? <
info://gnus/Advanced+Scoring> has some
good info but is that enough to express the logic that says "I am the only
one in To: header"?

You could look for (the absence of) a ',' (comma) in the header.
