Dear everyone!

I'm running emacs 20.7, gnus 5.8.8, gnupg 1.2.0 and mailcrypt 3.5.8.

When I sign (C-c / s) an email that contains some of the nordic
characters (æ, ø and å), I cannot verify it (C-c / v) afterwards (I'm
sending it to myself). Gnupg claims the message is corrupt.

I believe that what happens is that gnus MIME codes the email before
it is sent (but after it is signed). When mailcrypt tries to verify
the received email, it is not decoded again before it is sent to
gnupg.

If the email doesn't contain letters like æ, ø or å, everything works
fine.

Is there a way to fix this?
