handling other mime types

Could someone point out the steps necessary to get Gnus to play wmv in
something like mplayer rather than prompting me for to save the file
when I hit return on the mime link.

I followed this advice, but Gnus still prompts me to save the file.

Did you restart Gnus (and Emacs) after the change?
Does `M-x mailcap-parse-mailcaps RET' help?
