* how to mix nested and non-nested citations?

Hi, All!

I have question about supercite. I would like to have nested citations
but with author names. Like:

1. John > blah-blah
  blah-blah

2. John >> blah-blah
   Mike > blah-blah
  blah-blah

3. John >>> blah-blah
   Mike >> blah-blah
   Bob > blah-blah
 etc.
   
Is there easy way to do that?
