I've noticed a marked increase in the amount of spam I
receive since I started posting to newsgroups. It
could be a coincidence, but I suspect spiders of a
sort scamming my email address from the From: line
and possibly from my signature below...

I've noticed some folks embedding text in their
email address such as:

chris@gSrPiAeMrwhite.com (Remove SPAM to send me mail)

Is this considered bad etiquette to use this in
the From: header or is this just not even the problem?
