When I open gnus everytime, It popups a ftp buffer, say:

Invalid help command foo.
open ftp.hpc.uh.edu
Unknown host ftp.hpc.uh.edu.
Invalid help command foo.
open ftp.hpc.uh.edu
Unknown host ftp.hpc.uh.edu.

I have found it maybe caused by a group named "*: nndir:ding.recent",
I tried to delete this group but gnus told me "it can not be deleted".
Is there anyone know how to delete this group or get rid of the ftp error?

Thanks in advance.
