Ingo,
Great news! A small bug-report from my strongly-disliked Mac laptop...
while sqlite3_errstr is picked up in a /usr/local installation due to
the hard-coded /usr/local in configure, the ancient /usr version of
sqlite3 doesn't have it, so it bails when compiling.
Is there a reason to hard-code /usr/local into the configure script?
These should be passed in as LDFLAGS or LIBADD or whatnot, just like
CFLAGS is pumped via env.
Best,
Kristaps
