Indeed:  here  pdfa sells to you some books  (at 0€ , but it's always a
sale)
and as a general rule  you cannot  put them on a public site  for a
free download --  and this is the case , in my opinion.
So one has to fill the form with real data (personal or company), because
you are agreeing on a sale.
