I'd like to be able to split up a line in the same way rc would do it
if you (re)typed the line in, as an rc function; this is so I can write
a function that will let me say 'use the last argument from the previous
command here' and so on. Does anyone have ideas on how to do this, short
of adding in a new builtin that calls the internal rc routines that do
this?
