What do you all think of this change to ile's irupt()? In some cases
it makes interrupts seem cleaner.

  irupt(c)
      char	c;
  {
      int zero = 0;
      erase_line(c);
      pass(c);
      if (ioctl (1, TIOCFLUSH, &zero) < 0)
        perror("ioctl/flush");
  }
