[TUHS] Lions' commentary updated

No, sorry, there hasn't been a new edition, just corrections.  The
original version contained a number of scan errors, and thanks to
Conway Yee I have now applied a number of corrections.  You can find
the document in various forms at
http://www.lemis.com/grog/Documentation/Lions/.

I've scanned through the output, and it seems correct.  If you find
any further errors, please let me know.

Also thanks to Brian Foley, who sent me similar corrections 10 years
ago, but which I never got round to incorporating.

Oh.  How about that, it's a day 1 bug.  My external web site doesn't
display directory contents, so it needs a real page to access them.
It's there now, but I'm left wondering if this is even needed.  When I
set it up, data was expensive, and this was an attempt to not transfer
more than necessary.  Nowadays it's easier just to download the
tarball and access the files there.  I think I'll remove it.

I’ve got the 1996 reprint. I noticed while just scrolling through the PDF that on page 74 is:

5736 fp = getf (u.u_ar0[R0];

In my version (sheet 57) there is a closing bracket in the code.

This is a version of Lions' that I generated from the actual source on 
the tape images we have on TUHS:

I'm sure it's got its share of issues (with the helps which haven't been 
triple/quadruple checked), but the source is verbatim.
