New comment by the-antz on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/20080#issuecomment-599092927

Comment:
Somehow building/installing the package locally results in "Invalid capability net_bind_service" when trying to load most (unchanged) profiles.
Is there something special with this package that needs to be cared about? The changed profile itself works fine for me but installing it as new rev-bumped package breaks it somehow.

edit:
Noticed I only installed `apparmor`and forgot `libapparmor`. Same result though.
*1) Seems the changes should technically be correct (see commit https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/commit/ac938da3140961b4484b36b9bf75134ed8a621b4). Anyone an idea why that'd fail as local install?
