New issue by zdtcd on void-packages repository
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/15781
Description:
From 20c06e3b0a, on SSH session (and any tmux session started from that SSH session), `/usr/bin` is preferred to `/usr/local/bin`. Its PATH variable is:
```
$ echo $PATH
/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin
```
On console session, PATH variable is:
```
$ echo $PATH
/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin
```
I'm gonna draft an RFC change to just prepend `/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin` to PATH.
