I have a package up for the keymapper, but I don't think it includes the GUI. I can't find any hint of it in the upstream or the AUR PKGBUILD. If you know where it comes from I can look into including it.

gosh, I'm not very careful.
gui version (fomerly keymapper): https://github.com/sezanzeb/input-remapper
aur pkgs: https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=input-remapper-git

keymapper & input-remapper both conflict with each other.
