Description:
There are some issues with the CSS in the [manual page](https://man.voidlinux.org/).
Especially if the user's browser is set to a dark theme, it will be difficult to read.
Even in the light theme, there are some problems such as wrapping the navigation bar.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
Browse [manual page](https://man.voidlinux.org/) using graphical browser such as Firefox.
If you're testing a dark / light theme switch, Firefox's developer tools [have that feature](https://discourse.mozilla.org/t/how-to-test-preferred-color-scheme-dark-mode-with-firefox/40769/5).
