### Actual behaviour
Packages use `/usr/lib/libexec` as their `libexec` dir
### Steps to reproduce
1) Install any listed KDE package
2) Go to `/usr/lib`, there will be `libexec` dir
NOTE: There may be more packages that use `/usr/lib/libexec` instead of `/usr/libexec`. I've listed only packages I have installed.
