I was curious so I made a template, it's a pretty straight forward package. This is up for grabs as I don't use or have a need for it. The only thing I'm not sure of is the license; it looks similar to [the HPND](https://spdx.org/licenses/HPND.html) but there are a few differences. [One upstream commit identifies it as a BSD](https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/magic/commit/f429e4eca4cdc31ce621930b4f03f6ef7e088392), but I wasn't able to find a matching BSD license...
