fbpdf-0.0.20220624_1, libjbig2dec-0.20_1

### Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

### Expected behaviour

The application is expected to render the pdf file.

### Actual behaviour

The application segfaults, and outputs the following error message:
```
warning: jbig2dec error: incompatible jbig2dec header (0.19) and library (0.20) versions
error: cannot allocate jbig2 context
error: aborting process from uncaught error!
```
Although, fbdjvu is unaffected.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Install fbpdf from upstream
2. Open a pdf file using fbpdf

**Relevant to issue #25438**
A rebuild / revbump should fix it I assume.
