### Expected behaviour

application responds to use input

### Actual behaviour

application is completely unresponsive to user input, except for the menu and the top of the window.

Selecting an option with the top menu causes a popup saying "The window is not responding"

### Steps to reproduce

1. Launch vscode: "code-oss"
2. At the top left, click File > Prefrences > Settings

"The window is not responding"

This might be related to electron and not vscode specifically; element-desktop is also completely unresponsive

Also cannot reproduce in glibc, only occurs when in my musl environment

`--no-sandbox` seems to solve it, the problem is with the electron sandboxing
