Description: srcpkgs/catalyst: `$XBPS_FETCH_CMD` is a read-only variable, so that it should be changed to use `$fetch_cmd` instead.
> xbps-fetch(1) supports the `HTTP_REFERER` env var that avoids the need to use `wget`.
