New issue by 123randomuser321 on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/18000

Description:
### System

* xuname:
  *Void 5.3.18_1 x86_64 AuthenticAMD uptodate rrrmFFFF*
* package:
  *telegram-desktop-1.9.3_1*

### Expected behavior
When launching Telegram via the .desktop included in the package it should launch.

### Actual behavior
An error message about "missing file and/or directory" appears.
A look into the .desktop reveals that it points to "telegram-desktop", while the package only contains an executable named "Telegram".

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
Launch Telegram via the included starter "telegramdesktop.desktop".
