There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

haproxy: update to 2.3.0.
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/26201

Description:
Successfully built for ppc64le-glibc, cross-compiled for aarch64-glibc and x86_64-glibc. I'd like to also suggest the creation of `haproxy22` to continue tracking the LTS Haproxy 2.2 branch, which will be supported until 2025. Thoughts?

New comment by ahesford on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/26201#issuecomment-724189913

Comment:
I take no position on creation of an LTS package, except that it should probably be called `haproxy2.2` or `haproxy-lts` if there is demand for the package.
