[ISSUE] Qt bug preventing KDE from installing themes

Void 5.18.14_1 x86_64 AuthenticAMD uptodate rFFFFFF

### Package(s) Affected

qt5 (probably network), plasma-desktop

### Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

This got fixed in a newer version of Qt. But if you don't want to bump the Qt version, it can be fixed by the following patch:

### Expected behaviour

KDE should let users to install new themes from the Appearance settings.

### Actual behaviour

When trying to install a theme the installer fails with the "SETTINGS invalid number of concurrent streams" error.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open System Settings > Appearance
2. Click on Get New Global Themes...
3. Select any theme and click Install

Added the patch myself, tested the package (qt5-network) and it works perfectly on my end. I created a PR.
