Please build `curl` with HTTP/3 enabled. There's not much tooling for testing HTTP/3 on a website.

### Steps to reproduce

Download curl and try to use the switch to enable HTTP/3.

The only non-experimental curl implementation for http3 is ngtcp2 + nghttp3, but this setup doesn't support openssl for tls, and [it's not likely to change in the near future](https://daniel.haxx.se/blog/2024/06/10/http-3-in-curl-mid-2024/)

Recent developments in ossl have made this possible after all: https://github.com/curl/curl/blob/master/docs/HTTP3.md#build-with-openssl

Depends on https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/55044 and curl cutting a release with https://github.com/curl/curl/commit/5eefdd71a394d135c0ffb56fb8ec117c87dbe4f0
