#### Local build testing
- I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86_64-glibc)
- I built this PR locally for these architectures (if supported. mark crossbuilds):
  - x86_64-musl
  - i686
  - i686-musl
  - aarch64
  - aarch64-musl
  - armv7l
  - armv7l-musl
  - armv6l
  - armv6l-musl
  - ppc64le


Current version doesn't available anymore. Source was here https://deb.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libi/libiberty/ . 
I worked on `qbittorrent` package update. And without this library it can't built for `i686-musl` platform.


A patch file from https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/42527.patch is attached
