New issue by Programuserbash on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/43755

Description:
### Is this a new report?

Yes

### System Info

Void 6.1.25_1 x86_64 GenuineIntel uptodate rFFF

### Package(s) Affected

google-chrome-112.0.5615.165

### Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

_No response_

### Expected behaviour

The google-chrome stable once it's downloaded is supposed to open, and respond correctly.

### Actual behaviour

When download, it downloads, but then when open it does not respond correctly by not loading the webpage, and not loading at all.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to void-packages cloned repository.
2. $ ./xbps-src pkg google-chrome
3. Download google-chrome packages like "sudo xbps-install -Syuv --repository=hostdir/binpkg/nonfree google-chrome".
4. Go to the xfce4-applications menu, then go to internet to open google-chrome.

This usually means that chrome couldn't be able to find your `machine-id` which should be generated on installation. Either it's there but contains nothing or it was generated but somehow it's snot under non-root user privilege.

I just tested this out and for me, chrome just only shows an warning message regarding this but everything seems working just fine.

Can you provide some more relevant information, like if chrome crashes or something?
