@tranzystorekk, with https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/45679 closed it might be worthwhile to revisit this issue, I wanted to test and potentially PR ueberzugpp but it seems your fork was deleted, perhaps I can save some time if you still have the template?

Is there any change you can quickly recreate it or have any pointers how to deal with downloadable depedencies?

I can most likely create this but it would take while for me to read through the [void-packages manual](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/Manual.md).

If anyone is intrested I was able to package ueberzugpp, my branch contains 2 packages:
- CLI11 (which I found in #46103, upgraded to v2.4.1)
- ueberzugpp v2.9.4
