### Expected behaviour

Installing both mate-tweak and mate-netbook should allow the "Undecorate maximized windows" and "Do not auto-maximize new windows" options in MATE Tweak.

### Actual behaviour

Even after installing both packages, the aforementioned options are grayed out.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Install the MATE desktop.
2. Install `mate-tweak` and `mate-netbook`.
3. Open MATE Tweak and go to the Windows tab.
4. Under the Window Behaviour section, "Undecorate maximized windows" and "Do not auto-maximize new windows" will be grayed out.

### Notes
This is due to mate-tweak looking for the existence of `/usr/lib/mate-netbook/mate-window-picker-applet` to determine if this should be enabled or not. You can see this at line 1135 of `/usr/bin/mate-tweak`. mate-window-picker applet is installed by the `mate-netbook` package, but on Void Linux, it's located at `/usr/libexec/mate-window-picker-applet` instead of `/usr/lib/mate-netbook/mate-window-picker-applet` like it is on Ubuntu MATE. Adding a symlink to that file in the mate-netbook package or patching mate-tweak to look for it in the correct location would fix the issue.
