Are there packages for gcc-4.8? I'd like to compile CUDA stuff on my system 
(CUDA toolkit already installed and working); unfortunately NVCC (the CUDA 
compiler frontend) is not yet compatible with gcc-4.9.

I can build a gcc-4.8 myself, no problem at all. But if there's a package, 
I'd gladly take that.
