* Audio output device defaults to headphone, how to make it speakers?

I have to always manually run pavucontrol and change the output device to
speakers. By default it comes up as headphones, even though there is no
jack inserted.

Is there any way for the default to be speakers on boot and it should
switch to headphones only if the headphone jack is inserted.
