I've put zsh 5.4.2 on www.zsh.org/pub. The .xz variant of the source
failed to upload despite multiple attempts (it'll be available from
Sourceforge eventually), so please use the .gz variant.
There are various bug fixes over 5.4.1, in particular -<test> conditions
loaded from modules for use in [[ ... ]] were broken.
I'll gradually tidy up the links in the distribution side if no new
major problems turn up.
