As of beta11 or beta12, `whence -c nonexistent` outputs nothing.
In beta10, it output "nonexistent not found".  Is this a bug?
I didn't see anything about it in the ChangeLog file.

Thought I'd resend this, as I never received any response and the 3.0.0
release is approaching.
