This is a problem of FreeBSD-13.1.
I've reported it to FreeBSD Bugzilla about two months ago, and they
have quickly fixed it:

https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=266171

I think the fix is in the STABLE branch, but not yet in the RELEASE.
