Hello,
thought that something maybe is hidden behind this. Loading following code:
https://github.com/oz/safe-paste
before or after z-sy-h causes this: first paste works:
% test_paste
second one works like this:
% 00~test_paste01~

safe-paste is probably obsolete now that zsh has bracketed-paste as a
built-in behavior.

Could resolve its problem with "bindkey -v" instead of "bindkey -e". I
use vi mode
