Greetings
All the zsh builds I have managed to find ( whether compiled with
cygwin or mingw ) seem to fail under Windows Vista with various error
messages that all seem to involve fork()
Is this a known bug ?

There are known issues with cygwin on Vista. It's not just Zsh. What
specific error are you getting?
