Don't try to apply logic to this, it doesn't work. Anyone that dears
question how things are done should be treated with contempt, and if
you are not hired by some big organization to work on Plan 9 then your
opinion is worth nothing.

Except that Plan 9 clearly wants no users and no developers, so
reliability is to be avoided, or it might attract some interest from
people that might help, and that would be bad.
