We have a whole bunch of people here who each started writing an ASN.1
compiler (or stub generator or whatever you call it), gathered up
the 4 feet worth of documentation, started writing YACC scripts,
and then said ``they can't possibly mean that, this is too much work,
I think I'll so something easy instead.''

last time i was at the labs ['98] presotto was playing with it.
S/MIME is probably a better choice if we are determined on overkill.
