no, I used to cut magtapes for that project (a nice cash cow for UDEL
while it lasted). I also dealt with the code, ack, ack, arg.
Leaves a lingering distaste in me to this day.
But my memory was northrop worked out a kind of open source license but
they didn't want to get sued, so it had some odd clauses.
