I think russ is right.  the plx pci9052 is proprietary and linux folks has a
difficult time to get it work.  However, if one get a regular pccard bridge,
will that work?   If the pccard solution is not achievable, how about
support USB wireless adapeter?  I know USB support has been shaky, however,
these hardware are getting cheaper and more flexible than hard wire
solution.  For people don't have the extra room to house systems (as in Bay
Area, California ;-) it is quite attractive.
