I'm working on a bibtex file for the iwp94e proceedings and wonder if there
are any definitions for the following fields:

  editor
  publisher
  address
  howpublished

I do not know if the proceedings is final or not, but I found a rather trivial
error on the cover of the proceedings:

The article "Styx Caching via Journal Callbacks" is listed with the author
order as  "N.W. Filardo and V. Srinivas" whereas the article order and table
of contents list them in the reverse order.

I do not care, but the authors might, but I jsut thought I would mention the
error...

While setting up the iwp94.bib file I found a real error in the table of contents:

Ballesteros' paper on "Plan 9's Universal Serial Bus" is listed in the TOC as
starting on page 53, but it actually starts on 57.

appears instead of the other paper by Ron Minnich et al.

we had a production problem.  the proceedings are exactly as printed.
the paper is still up on iwp9.org site seperately, but no page numbers are assigned.
i'll leave it to the bibtex gurus to figure out how to recover from my
mistake.  :-)

Does anyone have text versions of the abstracts for the iwp94e papers?  If so,
could you send them to me for additions in the BibTeX and CiteULike databases?
 I would rather not have to retype them if at all possible...

all my tools are doing something really strange with copy paste of the
abstracts -- I'm guessing it is non-support of Unicode.

While I do not consider myself a bibtex guru, I was able to add a URL field
for each of the citations so people can find the missing paper directly.
There may still be a page alignment problem (assuming that the two papers are
not exactly the same length), but this is a LOT better than having a missing
paper (and particularly one I am REALLY interested in ;-)

Venkatesh should be first author on that paper.  Can it be corrected for

I just corrected the actual bibtex entry (and double checked the paper order) to:

Srinivas, V. and Filardo, N. W. "Styx Caching via Journal Callbacks". 4'th

Is this acceptable?
