man rc-httpd first, then you can play around with some fun tools like werc which is kind of a mini
CMF mostly rc and some awk scripts.

In addition to those mentioned here, there's also tcp80, which I use for years now.

Regarding apache, plan 9 is not unix, so don't expect it to be 🙂

There are no `packages' made for 9front. There is a reasonably large number of native and ported applications and libraries available for Plan 9, but it's up to you to find it on places like shithub.us (which is largely Plan 9 stuff), Sourcehut, and GitHub.

There is also the publicly accessible contrib directory, which you can access using the 9fs command from a running installation.

Half of these things you mention only require support on the client. A HTML5 js page with
2 thousand lines of CSS will render just fine in chrome if being served from 9front.

In terms of PHP, Ruby and whatever other software people tell you to use. 9front has its
own solutions, some even eluded to in this thread. If you came here expecting to just transplant
your existing software stack, you better look for another linux distributions instead.
