Hello,

thanks for new release.

by the way, I have been in trouble.
my /n/dump is something weird.

two monthes ago, there was a power outage with the sudden thunder.
I guess that made the problem.

hebe% 9fs dump
hebe% ls /n/dump
/n/dump/2015
/n/dump/2016
/n/dump/2017
/n/dump/2018
hebe% ls /n/dump/2018
/n/dump/2018/0101
/n/dump/2018/0102
...
/n/dump/2018/0903
/n/dump/2018/crc32
/n/dump/2018/gcpu
...
/n/dump/2018/zip

# I don't know why crc32 etc are shown there.
# perhaps they are files in /amd64/bin

hebe% ls /n/dump/2018/0706
...	# OK
hebe% ls /n/dump/2018/0707
ls: /n/dump/2018/0707: '/n/dump/2018/0707' does not exist

# 0706 is the last effective dump

Kernel message is:
checktag pc=2010df ow"/dev/sdE0/fscache"w"/dev/sdE1/fsworm"(c) tag/path=Tdir/1233; expected Tdir/1

hebe% ls -lq /n
(000056255b16efb9 0 80) d-r-xr-xr-x M 788 sys sys 0 Sep  3 16:29 /n/dump
(0000000000000001 6 80) d-r-xr-xr-x M 805 adm adm 0 Nov 28  2015 /n/other

# the qid is something weird

hebe% 9fs dump
hebe% ls -lq /n
(0000000000000001 4 80) d-r-xr-xr-x M 924 adm adm 0 Jan  1  2018 /n/dump
(0000000000000001 6 80) d-r-xr-xr-x M 805 adm adm 0 Nov 28  2015 /n/other
hebe%

I did 'check tag' in fs console, but nothing improved.

the weirdness comes from cwfs.

cfs dump
current fs is "dump"

fstat /2018/0706
name = 0706
uid = -1; gid = -1; muid = 0
size = 0; qid = 80000001/22
atime = 1530853210; mtime = 1530853210
dblock = 4415041 0 0 0 0 0; iblocks[0] = 0; iblocks[1] = 0; iblocks[2] = 0; iblocks[3] = 0

fstat /2018/0707
cant stat /2018/0707

should I reconstruct my file system?

any hint welcome!

Working on making the new release’s dash1 manual available in print, via Amazon. Considerable work still needs to be done on formatting the interior, but I have cover images for a proposed 9FRONT “RUN FROM ZONE!” release:

http://img.stanleylieber.com/src/21067/img/1536277577.png

Images from khm’s tour of a (now inactive) uranium production facility will also be featured on the interior, including the “run from zone” instructions:

Is this ISO going to be the release? If so, I can go ahead and push it soon.

Pedantry: the facility was produced plutonium _from_ uranium, at a
ratio of about 7oz of plutonium per ton of uranium.
