Any thoughts on how to get HDMI working. I remember reading somehwere on community.mnt.re that they
had it split away from display out and you needed to run an extra script in linux to get it working.
Something about proprietary blah blah and DVI. Just curious if it was possible to mess with
aux/vga or if there was some sort of kernel changes that needed to be done first because I don't see
it in sysinfo besides lcd.

Nobody worked on getting HDMI up with 9front on any known hardware, to my knowledge. Patches welcome(?).

having spent years (literally) getting an hdmi interface working properly (certified) i would run from it as fast as you can.
too fancy, too bodged together and too much security that plainly doesnt work (mut must be supported).
i can offer some code to decode cec to human if you really want to go down that route.

Is the mnt reform HDMI port providing true HDMI or DVI via an HDMI
port? From memory licensing for HDMI is a PITA so many choose to
ignore all the HDMI crap and just output plain DVI eliminating the
license.
