On gnu.emacs.help there is hardly any traffic nowadays, on
gnu.emacs.devel there is some but not a lot. Usenet has been
pretty useless for ages now with very low traffic, the
substantial part of it being even lower.

So my question is, do you really need elaborate scoring
schemes for that small volume of messages?

But from a tech perspective I get it, obviously one like
things to work and when they don't, one likes to find out why.
