Greetings,

Am I correct in assuming there is no way to synchronize article marks
between two machines that do not have the same article numbers?

Marks are kept in the .newsrc.eld file, correct? Are there any
backends that keep marks instead?

My problem is that I want to be able to download my mail from work to
my laptop (using the NNML Perl package), read it, reply to it and/or
tick important articles, and then upload all my changes including
marks to my work machine. Otherwise when I return to work I have to
worry about whether or not I had already read an article on my laptop
and replied to it.

Thanks,
