Just because ConTeXt fixes your mistake doesn't mean you should abuse it 
and *no* user should learn from your example.

Each ConTeXt document should contain a starttext/stoptext  pair or 
equivalent commands (e.g. startdocument/stopdocument or 
startproduct/stopproduct).
