Edit: the tests are failing because urlwatch wants [jq.py](https://github.com/mwilliamson/jq.py) which wants to download and build jq and oniguruma. I'm not very familiar with the details of setup.py so there may be a simple way to tell it to use the system libs that I'm not seeing.

Add `jq` here (or even in `depeds`) and that part should work.
https://urlwatch.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dependencies.html lists some other optional dependencies.

That doesn't work though. What it needs is the jq Python bindings [jq.py](https://github.com/mwilliamson/jq.py), not `jq` itself. We can add it as a new package.

Comment:
I think we should skip tests for urlwatch and not package `python-jq`, if you want to avoid dealing with the mess... I can try to look into it at some point, but I'm not sure it's worth it, because we'll always be fighting upstream to package it without bundling everything in...

There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository
urlwatch: update to 2.23 and claim maintainership
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/30255
Description:
<!-- Mark items with [x] where applicable -->
#### General
- [ ] This is a new package and it conforms to the [quality requirements](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/Manual.md#quality-requirements)
#### Have the results of the proposed changes been tested?
- [x] I use the packages affected by the proposed changes on a regular basis and confirm this PR works for me
- [ ] I generally don't use the affected packages but briefly tested this PR
<!--
If GitHub CI cannot be used to validate the build result (for example, if the
build is likely to take several hours), make sure to
[skip CI](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#continuous-integration).
When skipping CI, uncomment and fill out the following section.
Note: for builds that are likely to complete in less than 2 hours, it is not
acceptable to skip CI.
-->
#### Does it build and run successfully?
(Please choose at least one native build and, if supported, at least one cross build. More are better.)
- [x] I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86-64 GLIBC)
- [x] I built this PR locally for these architectures (all crossbuilds):
- [x] aarch64-musl
- [x] armv7l
